Designation of measurements & How to take measurements

CG — chest girth
Measurement СG1 (chest girth). This measurement is taken at the most protruding points of the chest. The tape measure should not be tightened or loosened too much. It should fit snugly, but without tension, to the body. The girth above the chest is measured over the mammary glands.

WC — waist circumference
The measurement WC (waist circumference) is measured around the torso using a balance tape fixed at the waist line
When taking measurements, do not pull in your stomach, do not tighten the measuring tape tightly. The figure should not be wearing a skirt or trousers, because this will distort the measurement value

HG — hip girth
Hip circumference taking into account the protrusion of the abdomen (measurement HG) is measured around the torso at the level of the most protruding points of the buttocks, taking into account the most protruding points of the abdomen. The tape runs horizontally.
