Order Processing & Payment
1. We accept orders from both individuals and legal entities.
2. Once an order is placed, our manager will contact you to confirm details.
3. Customers will receive an email or message with payment instructions, including a QR code for quick payment.

Cash payments (only at our office or boutique)
After payment, you will receive an official receipt.
Shipping & Delivery
1.Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location and courier service.
2. International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Customers can return products that meet our return conditions (see Return Policy).
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
Custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
